P.S.: A story I was told today got me thinking and inspired this poem. Not every relationship is meant to last, so we must remember to love and trust ourselves first. The right person will come along eventually and since they might take too long to arrive, let’s love ourselves while we wait for them to stumble across our path or trade their white horse for some faster way of travelling.
