Realization

“Today I had a realization,
A thought that came to me
Out of the blue, sinking in deep
To rest in peace in the bottom of my soul.

For thoughts come and go
Randomly as they seem to be pleased,
And today I figured out the sort of girl I am,
For no reason I can grasp to understand.

In fact, for whatever the resolution
May now be held for, it’s all the same,
